Services & Domain Registration

TECHNOCLOUD does not guarantee successful registration of requested domain names. Domain services are governed by registry rules (such as ICANN). Registration fees are non-refundable if the registry rejects the domain.


Payments & Billing

All services must be paid in advance. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination. Domain transfers require full payment before release.

Use of Information

We use customer information to process transactions, provide support, improve services, prevent fraud, and send notifications (if opted in). Payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

Cookies

Cookies are used to improve website performance and personalize user experience.

Data Security

TECHNOCLOUD uses technical and administrative security measures. Sensitive data is protected using SSL encryption.

Backup & Data Responsibility

System backups are for disaster recovery only. Customers must maintain their own backups. VPS and Dedicated Servers do not include automatic backups unless purchased.

Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, non-payment, illegal use, or false information. No refunds will be provided for policy violations.

Prohibited Use

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam, phishing, hacking
  • Adult or pirated content
  • Resource abuse
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Torrents or file sharing
  • Fake or replica websites
  • DoS or network attacks


Refund Policy

Refunds within 30 days apply to shared and reseller hosting only. No refunds for domains, SSL, VPS, dedicated servers, or promotional plans.

SLA

If uptime drops below 98%, service credit may be requested within 7 days. Maintenance is excluded. Dedicated servers have no SLA.

Free Domain Offer

Free domains require minimum 3 months of hosting. Early cancellation may result in domain cancellation.

Legal & Liability

Services are provided “as-is.” TECHNOCLOUD is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted via client area before the next invoice due date. Accounts with unpaid invoices cannot be canceled.


Identity Verification

TECHNOCLOUD may request ID or face verification for fraud prevention and security.

Changes to Terms

Continued use of TECHNOCLOUD services means acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions.
